Pokémon Black 2 and White 2

Description:

It was created by Game Freak, released by The Pokémon Company, and Nintendo for the Nintendo DS in 2012, with the release of Pokémon Black Version 2 and Pokémon White Version 2. First sequels in the series, they are part of the fifth generation of the Pokémon video game series, a direct sequel to Pokémon Black and White. They were the final first-party games on the system when they launched in Japan in June 2012 and around the world in October 2012. Legendary Pokémon Black Kyurem and White Kyurem are featured in the games. During an episode of Pokémon Smash! on February 26, 2012, the games were first shown, followed by an international announcement on the Pokémon official website.

Two years after the events of Black and White, a Pokémon trainer sets out to become the Unova Pokémon Champion. Neo Team Plasma has returned following the events of its predecessors, and the player must resist their attempts to rule the globe throughout the tale. There are a number of new elements, like the Key System, Hidden Grottoes and new cities to explore in the games. In order to complete the Pokédex, users must trade between different versions of the game.

Because the term "Pokémon Grey" clashed with Black and White's idea of opposites, and because the makers expected to follow the same naming pattern as prior games, the game was never released. Most critics commended it for its improvements over the original, while some bemoaned its lack of fresh ideas and features.
