Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars

Description:

Published by Rockstar Games and developed by Rockstar Leeds, Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars was released in 2009. PlayStation Portable (October 2009), iPhone (January 2010), iPad (December 2014), Android and Fire OS (December 2014) were the first platforms to receive the game. As the thirteenth Grand Theft Auto game and a sequel to Grand Theft Auto IV, it was released for handheld systems in 2006's Vice City Stories for the PlayStation Portable. After his father's sword was stolen from him and Huang Lee becomes caught up in a power battle among the Triads of Liberty City, the single-player plot takes place in modern-day Liberty City (a fictitious satire of New York City).

With the touch-screen controls of the DS and smartphone platforms, this game allows players to interact with items in an entirely new way than previous entries in the Grand Theft Auto franchise. A major feature of the game, the ability to purchase narcotics from suppliers and resell them to dealers for profit, was met with criticism soon after its debut. Despite this, critics praised the game highly.
