Astro Boy - Omega Factor is a beat 'em up video game developed by Treasure and Hitmaker and published by Sega. It is a sequel to the popular 1998 Game Boy Advance title. While it was initially considered a flop, its popularity has since grown considerably.

The game features a wide range of gameplay mechanics. It is a horizontally scrolling shooter, allowing the player to use various weapons to defeat robotic enemies. It also features a light-hearted storyline and generous difficulty settings. Its main character, Tobio Tenma, is killed in a car accident.
