WarioWare: Mega Microgames!

Description:

WarioWare, Inc. - Mega Microgames, stylized as WarioWare, Inc., is a video game series developed by Nintendo R&D1 and published by Nintendo for the Game Boy Advance. The series features several different minigames that are designed to mimic Wario's zany personality. In addition to the classic WarioWare microgames, this series also features several unique, original games.

WarioWare, Inc. - Mega Microgames! was a commercial success upon its release. As such, Nintendo President Satoru Iwata ordered a remake of the game for the GameCube. The GameCube remake of Mega Microgames was released in 2005, and later titles in the series would improve on the original concept and introduce new challenges. Regardless of the weaknesses of Mega Microgames, the game is still an enjoyable time-killer, and is a perfect fit for the casual video gamer.

Wario's idea for the game was born after seeing a news report about a fictional video game, Pyoro. Inspired by the sales of video games, he decides to start his own game company. He purchases a computer and hires friends to help him create the game. The first set of games focuses on the introduction genre, and the second is a "Anything Goes" type of game. Wario is often featured in the games and has an overall influence on their design.
